You may request deletion of your account at any time by contacting us at support@wakti.dz. Upon deletion, all your personal data, customer records, appointments, and business information will be permanently removed from our systems within 30 days.

We may use privacy-focused analytics tools to understand how the Service is used. This data is aggregated and anonymized. We do not sell or share analytics data with third parties.
8. Authentication
We use industry-standard authentication methods including encrypted passwords (bcrypt) and JWT tokens. Sessions are managed securely with HTTP-only cookies. We never store passwords in plain text.

We use the following third-party services to operate the Service:
- Supabase: Database hosting and management
- Vercel: Application hosting and deployment
- Resend: Transactional email delivery
- Sentry: Error tracking and monitoring

The Service is not intended for children under 16. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If we become aware that we have collected personal information from a child, we will take steps to delete it.
